Sr. UX Product Designer | QAD Inc.

  • Researched and designed 50+ ERP solutions using UX design thinking including storyboarding, red-routes, usability studies, user interviews, and high fidelity prototyping.  

  • Developed the QAD Integration App design system including responsive design, theming, UI component styling, and standardized UI patterns for user flows.

  • Supported sales with 20+ high profile product demos for Gartner/Forrester analysts & customer executive meetings. 

  • Developed a 2-day in person and online customer training including lectures, practice exercises, and knowledge tests.
